Mirja Maier is a Berlin-based music producer and mixing & mastering engineer. At just 15 years old, she was already performing her own songs on stage and winning various newcomer contests. After finishing school, she studied Popular Music with a focus on pop and jazz vocals and songwriting/producing at Hochschule für Kunst, Design und populäre Musik in Freiburg. Today, she works as an Assistant Engineer for Julia Borelli (Eli & Fur, Lie Ning, Stephan Bodzin), as an Audio Engineer at Circle Studios Berlin, and as a producer for Universal Production Music as well as for various artists. Mirja specializes in mixing and mastering, ensuring that every track she works on reaches its full sonic potential. Additionally, she is active with her solo project “Detechtive,” which aims to blend classical instruments with electronic pop music.
